Melissa Panlasigui

Melissa Panlasigui is a guest researcher of the “Work, Family and Social Inequality” research professorship, where she also previously worked as a research assistant in 2024. As part of her doctoral thesis, she is working on the topic of gender equality in orchestras. She also works as a conductor and was a Federal Chancellor Fellow of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation.
