The Journalist in Residence Fellowship enables journalists to spend two months at the WZB. During this time, the fellows pursue their own research. They take advantage of the opportunity to exchange ideas with researchers and to participate in internal or public events.

The Journalist in Residence Fellowship was established in 2005. Since then, journalists have been hosted every year and remain connected to the WZB beyond their stay.

Staff and freelance journalists who regularly cover scientific topics or topics from politics, society and business for national and international media.
