IT
This department is the central IT service provider for the institute. It provides its services to institute members. The range of services includes mobile communication, workplace end devices, backend infrastructures such as servers, backup and networks, as well access as the internet, IT security and research-related digital infrastructures. The department evolved from the former "DV-Koordination".
The central point of contact for questions and problems is the Service Desk.
